A BILL to repeal article sixteen, chapter seventeen-c of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to mandatory motor vehicle inspections.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article sixteen, chapter seventeen-c of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provisions of
the code that require motor vehicle inspections.
